Banners in Qlik Sense

This blue banner in Qlik sense, what are they called and how do I create one for my App sheets.

Natively they arent available. Text/KPI objects can be useful but only to some extent and not beyond the scope/canvas of the sheet. .but you can always customize if you know lil bit of html/css.
