Best way/ Is it possible to calculate the change on trendline in a KPI object?

Hi

I've got a requirement where i need to show the percentage change of a trendline between the start and end of selected period and I'm not too sure how I would calculate this.

I've added a line chart to a Qlik Sense app and then added a Linear Trendline to the measure. Our end user would like to see the percentage change in a KPI object next to the chart. The diagram below shows what I am trying to achieve

This is the calculation used in the chart (An average of Operation Hours where line = HR28 

Avg({<[Operation Work Order Line]={'HR28'}>}[Operation Hrs])
