I have users that are creating private bookmarks and they keep disappearing. I am an administrator and have not overridden the app key when republishing. Do the bookmarks have to be published to be able to keep them? Or, is there something else that I'm missing? Some of these are on Drag and Drop objects and these can be customized by the users. Could that be the problem?
Yes, this is Qlik Cloud. The unpublished ones seem to disappear. I seem to see them disappear if the content on the chart changes (new columns as an example) after they've created them. I am modifying this app multiple time a week but am using the same app to publish with. So, no new IDs are being created. But some of the pages are drag and drop for columns using buttons to change the content of the chart. Could this be the problem?
I noticed in the Qlik Help documentation that 'Depending on the type of bookmark, not all bookmarks are rendered when you open the list of bookmarks you have created. The bookmarks are still available, and you can find them by searching by bookmark name.'
Could you try searching for the bookmark by name in the search bar to confirm if it's just not being displayed in the list?
