Bring Two values in one column using ApplyMap

and My Mapping Table is - 

Now i want to bring the region value in my data table same as like the country column separated with ';' .

Could you Please suggest any way @sunny_talwar  asap.

If I understand your need, the MapSubstring()  might work.
