Button for navigation (open email)

Hi all,

I am looking to introduce a "Button for navigation" in a new panel that allows users to click on it and automatically open a new email with an already configured address.

I'm using the following format: mailto:example@example.com and it doesn't work.

I have already used the button to insert a link to a website and it works correctly, but I have the problem with the email address.

Even I used the "Text and Image" button and it works fine, but I want to use the "Button for navigation"

Can anyone help me in this topic?

I'm using the September 2019 release of Qlik Sense.  I used the button (shown in green) for navigation included in the dashboard bundle (shown in yellow) with the configurations for e-mail (shown in blue).  When I click it, an e-mail is opened with whatever@whatever.com as the address. 

If this doesn't happen for you, please confirm what version of QS you have, what extension you're using (are you using the governed one?), and if the same problem exists on multiple machines in your org.

first of all, thanks for your reply. 
I've check all your considerations but the problem persist.
I'll contact with my IT team because I'm not the only one with this problem.
