Can Qlik Cloud Business implement Section Access feature?

Hi All

Recently Qlik start to implement business cloud subscription USD 30 Per month. I like to know that are developer able to implement section access to protect certain user to access data. His section access is implement in Qlik view ver 9.

In QLIK sense how to ;-

Have to checked the Initial data reduction option ???

Go to Document properties > Opening > check > Initial data reduction on opening option

Above setting I found in Qlik view.

In Qlik Sense that option is not available.

By default everything is "Strict Exclusion".
