Hyperlink in a qliksense table

Hi All,

Is it possible to add hyperlink to cell value in qlik sense table?

Requirement:

If I click on 'Acceptor Rejector Study for KUV100' cell from column Study Name then it should open new sheet which has its description.

How will I achieve this? Is there any extension available for this kind of table?
