Can you create a notification ribbon on the dashboard for reports in progress?

Hi everyone, 

I was wondering if it is possible to create a notification ribbon on the dashboard itself (seen in the orange section) for unfinished reports due to some metrics in the dataset, for example, a data readiness column has no nulls.

You can create a static TEXT & IMAGE object with your desired text, if you need it to be dynamic there is a option to create a extension with certain rules defined to perform the same action
