Cannot connect to SQL Server on AWS with Qlik Cloud

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently creating a lab in order to test Qlik Cloud Data Integration. For this reason, I have created an AWS instance with SQL Server. However, I have not been able to connect the two platforms due this error I am getting:

On SQL Server, I have loaded an Adventure Works demo data base and I have used the SA user, and it worked fine. Additionally, I have also created a static IP which is the public one. Moreover, I use the same IP to access remotely. Since it is AWS, do I have to open a specific port? I have actually open 1433 just to check, but the error persists.
