Community Sheets to Base Sheets?

I am supporting an end user that created community sheets and then deleted their base sheets.   Is there a way to turn the community sheets into base sheets?

By default the owner of the app can 'Approve' community sheets, making them base sheets, you can also create a security rule that gives some users the approve permission on app objects.
