Concatenate three dimension into one with fields headers

Hi,

How can we achieve this?

The requirement is to display three dimensions as one dimension with the field headers. As shown in the down below table. Description column.

I used this script which only concatenates the values. but how we would add the headers in it with the values.

=[Area] &' - '& [ID] & ' - ' & [Year]

Please help.

you should use something like this 

='Area- '&[Area]&', ID- '& [ID] & 'Year- ' & [Year]
