Hi @ali_hijazi ,

have you tried using the REST connector?

Hi @Daniele_Purrone
I tried the rest connector and supplied the required parameters but I always get "Failed to connect to server" error message
while if I use PostMan and I supply the same parameters I get response from the expensya server

one more thing where / how I can check logs in Qlik Sense?
I tried the log collector but it only has performance logging

kindly advise

Hi @ali_hijazi

If the same settings work with Postman, I'd suggest that you start a chat with us, so that we can investigate it more in detail.
The latest log files are in %Program Data% under Qlik\Sense\Log
