Conversion of hours data column into seconds & taking average of that caliculated column

Hi All,

 would some please help on the below query?

I have Feild A from X exceel sheet and Feild B from Y exceel sheet . Date of Feild A is in seconds and  Feild B  is in HH:MM:SS format. I want to convert  bring both either intoFeild A hours or feild B inot hours. 

Example:

Feild A

560 seconds 

670 seconds 

380 seconds 

Feild B 

00:13:56

00:15:56

07:12:00
