Converting measure into dimension in Qlik sense

Hi All,

I have data given in below format, wherein it is monthly forecast from P1 (Jan) to P12 (Dec) and need to represent the same in Qlik sense Period wise P1, P2 ...... as chart shown below (excel charts as a reference)
