Create Scatter plot based on YOY Growth

i have fields volume, cm2, customer. i need to create scatter plot based on % YOY Growth. need to compare current year cm2 with previous year cm2 for that customer . and % YOY Growth. need to compare current year volume with previous year volume for that customer. need both volume growth and cm2 growth percentages. 

i axis need to cm2 % in ranges 0 -10 %, 10-30 %, >30, like that 3 ranges and same volume in ranges 0 -10 %, 10-30 %, >30,. lie that 6 boxes need to be there. based on the growth of that customers, should fall in that boxes.    Kindly help me how to do that. it little urgent.
