Customize Sheet i icon hover over text

Hi,

I know we can enter a sheet description which will be visible from App Overview, but is it possible to add a custom message instead of the default "This section contains [SHEET NAME]. Press spacebar or enter key to open [SHEET NAME] details " hover over message on "i" icon on the sheet ?
