The right side representation can be possible by adding thru the settings option. You need to upload image first, then select this image, place it in the required alignment area.
The left side representation like Bar chart, not possible. Instead of that, take all the sheets screenshot, upload those into QlikSense, use as thumbnail for the sheet image. If still you want some more options in the title use the GetFieldselections() or Getcurrentselections() options.
