Data Load Failed: Error in the script

Has anyone received this error? I am getting it on any Excel file I try to load. I have even tested with a file that was already successfully loaded in a blank app. I reinstalled Sense and it still does not work. I am use Sense desktop.

Any help would be great

If you could copy and paste the load script so we could have a look at it - it might give us some clue...
