Display an Alerte message when i open the App - Qlik sense

Hello,

I need to display an alert message whenever a user opens an app.

"You can see data for Direction 1."

So the user has to validate this message to start surfing in the app.

Is it possible with Qlik Sense?

I have the version from August 2022.

Are you talking about when they open the app in the overview section or when they go to a specific sheet? 
I remember seeing a 3rd party qlik extension for a pop up feature but not sure its still around. I know with vizlib advance text object you can insert custom css/java code to create this.
