Domain cant not be connected

HI all

I am having issues with connecting qlik sense via public domian eg: www.example.com

I set out the Virtual proxy as white listing the address (www.example.com)

it works when I allow HTTP, but I am trying to install SSL certificate . and make all the domain shall pass thro HTTPS

but if I check off the allow HTTP, www.example.com will not be accessible

any suggestion will be appericated
