Dynamic Dimension Selection by User

Hi Everyone,

Request your little help in figuring out the issue. I have created a dashboard with the table showing Hiring Funnel.  However, for the same funnel I would like to create dynamic dimension selection (Filter) for a user. 

The filter should have dimensions as, Talent Category, Band, Designation and Department. User should be able to select desired dimension from the list. And, the measure would be sum of Amount.

The table should populate only when user selects any dimension. 

Please tell me how can I achieve the result without Variable Input option as I do not have that functionality in my Qlik sense application, nor I can download and install it.

P S Note: I do not have Variable Input option. 

Below is an example of data table:

Candidate Name	Department	Band	Designation	Talent Type	Amount
Michael	HR	S1	Manager	A	2000
William	Admin	S2	Assistant Manager	B	5000
Luke	Ops	S3	Associate	A	7000
Jerome	HR	S1	Manager	B	9000
Sue	Admin	S2	Assistant Manager	A	11000
Jean	Ops	S3	Associate	B	13000
