Dynamic URLs

We are trying to dynamically log into another application use the Qlik URL feature within a report (a hyperlink on a report column)

For the following if I hardcode some variables (current user email and loan number) it works. I can also dynamically pass 1 variable.

However, when I try to incorporate two, it does not seem to recognize the second variable.

Any advice would be appreciated.
