Error when trying to create an App

Hello everyone!

I am new to Qlik Sense Enterprise. When I try creating an App on Qlik Sense Hub, I get the error message: You cannot access Qlik Sense because you have no access pass. Even though our organization has a valid and active license. I have tried all the workaround available on community page and online, but to no avail. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You need to have a Professional License allocated to your user on QMC for you to be able to create and edit apps, can you check if you have one available ?

Hello, it is likely that you have an analytics license, so that you can edit the applications you need a professional license, I recommend that you contact your area that manages the licenses so that they grant you access.
