Error while importing app

Why I am  getting error like

"Failed to import". Please check the log file.

and when I checked logs, it this very unclear message.

Access denied [5]: Access denied(File not found in import path) (HTTP code: 500)

I have tried exporting and importing from root admin as well as content admin logins

 can anyone help

What license you are using?

Since when you facing this issue?

Can you check in other browsers?
