Filter Selection Pane Showing Origin Data Fields not returning created Dimension logic

I have created master dimensions to modify structure/hierarchy (using if statements) and applied these dimensions to filter panes on the sheet. Can anyone explain why the top filter selections is showing the old hierarchy opposed to returning the new dimension output? 

The created dimension (divisionname_1) is returning the correct output in the sheet filter pane (Europe), but the top filter pane is not applying dimension logic and returning old output (Food & Beverage and Home Beauty & Health). Is there anyway to modify the top selection pane?

the Create dimension does not actually exist in the data model, all filtering and aggregation is being done on the actual field

This is how it works and there is no way to change that
