Freeze Columns in Straight Table

Hi guys,

I really like the functionality of the custom object, Straight Table, but I'm not seeing any way to freeze my attribution such that when the user scrolls, their dimensions stay visible. I have scrolled through many posts from many years back and it seems this issue has been talked about before, even garnering Qlik employee comments, and added to some kind of backlog, yet I've yet to see a solution that works posted to any of those threads. Has anyone come up with a way to do it or would I be better off utilizing the standard Qlik table? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I don't think this is possible today, but you can vote for this idea to try to get it into the roadmap: https://ideation.qlik.com/app/#/case/462043?cpid=6e3a80f9-3892-44fb-b0a7-ea1b05af732f

Try looking for macros. you could control how the table behaves. thnx.

i had similar situations where i had to use a macro to hide the column name/label of the column(in Qlikview) that pivoted so the column values just appear to be headers in a pivot table.
