Hi Team,
We have an application with on Demand functionlity with daily 2k user base. We are planning to move that application from On demand to the normal scheduled refresh and planning to put every 2 min reload for the application.
The size of the application is around 12MB as it holds approx 200k data in it.
We are trying to understand if there are any challenges or issue that may impact on the platfrom performance with this approch. Or any generic issues with Qliksense enterprise when we have frequent data reload jobs.
Any inputs/thoughts on this would be appericated.
What is the current reload time? That of course impacts the environment. Maybe look into the amount of concurrent reloads as well, are there any other dashboards reloading?

Thanks for the article, the current reload time for the aaplication is about 1 min but its in lower environement where we dont have much reloads. However, in Production we do have multiple reloads every hour.
Also, the concurrent reloads we have set 6 at the moment. on each central node (We have 2 central node on the platfrom.)
We are suspecting the reload time will increase on production and cause queuing as well due other jobs on the prod box.
Regards.
Nilesh
I think the reload time and amount of concurrent reloads are the most important 'challenges' that might occur. Maybe you should just try it and monitor what happens, in for example a DEV environment.

The refresh-time is rather high for such a small application. Therefore I guess that there is much potential to optimize the load-scripts as well as the load-methods within a multi-tier data-architecture.
A binary load from a data-model layer or a binary load of historic data + optimized qvd-load of the current data should be much faster as about 1 minute. And of course similar measurements to all other bigger and/or frequently refreshed data-sets.
