Per my understanding, the bar chart object native to Qlik Sense is limited to either 1 dimension & 1 measure OR 1 dimension & Multiple measures OR 2 dimensions & 1 measure. However there could be a work around or extension out there that I'm not aware of.
if you are ok with having week or day on the x axis you could use a drill down dimension which will show the weeks til someone selects a week and then would show the days of that week.
