How to Show a Bar Chart with an Overall Volume Split 3 ways

Hi, I am looking to find out how I can build a stacked bar chart to show the correct overall volume. Currently I have a KPI box that shows me 3 numbers:

Total Orders (which includes Cancelled, Rejected) - 100
Total Orders Completed - 80
Total Orders Completed on Time - 70

Now when I have built the bar chart the overall volume is showing 250 which I understand why but what I would like to know is how I can change this to show the overall volume as 100 and then have the different colours for each stack underneath.

Would really appreciate it if somebody could advise on how I could achieve this.
