How to Use 'Include' Statement in Qlik sense

Hi Friends,

I like to know how to use 'include ' statement' and how to use  the variable which is store in txt files.

$(Must_Include=[lib://QVD/QVD/script.txt]);

From the above include statement how we get the expressions/ variables  which is stored in script.txt
