I'm trying to set up a pivot table and then a bar chart to show the total and % of utilisation across multiple dimensions and not sure how best to tackle it.
Example data: So I want to calculate how much time (as %) was spent on different activities each month by each Class and Group. So at the student level it's just the time spent divided by the available time of each student. I'm just now sure how to get the aggregate result on a pivot table. When presenting in graph, I'm looking for a bar chart that allows me to view % by Activity across different class (for a particular month) and another bar chart with % by Activity across different months.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
