Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this.
I have created a dashboard similar to this using KPI Items, Filter panes and Variable input boxes.
Using set analysis on the KPI items to display the correct data needed. Most of these were also linked to variables so the item will change depending on the variable input selections that were made.
Hope this gives you some ideas for a solution.
