How to create a new tag field from a sentence. Challenge

Hi guys,

we have a program from a customer that registers the complaints of the clients, with sentences like these :

Complaint

I have a problem with gmail on my iphone

I want to change the password of my linkedin Account

And we would like to have a tags table which recognizes the input of the complaint in order to make a new tag field to make easier to solve the problems. Here's my desired final table :

Complaint	Tags
I have a problem with gmail on my iphone	gmail,iphone
I want to change the password of my linkedin Account	linkedin

Could anybody help us with that?
