It is real scenario requires help to solve.

I have added Learner and month year as dimensions and expression is like 

rank(Count({<[Training Status] = {'2 Late'}>}[Training Status])) but the values are getting in ranges 1-3, 4-5...

We need to determine Top 10 Learners who are consistently late each month. Could you help.
