How to disable selections on the dimensions in a Pivot Table

Hi All, I am currently using QS enterprise version - 14.78.0. I have a requirement where I have to disable the onclick event on the dimensions and measures. basically it should be a read-only piviot. 
Please suggest how this can be done. in case this cannot be done  ? Please suggest alternatives.

The only solution which i found for this is to create an extension which is already available in most versions. 

Alter the same based on your need and proceed. attached is my version where I have changed font and colors.
