How to implement Direct Discovery in Qliksense..?

Any one implemented Direct Discovery in Qliksense, I have already implemented once in the Qlik and reliased that it is not real time solution as there are some settings needs to be done in the QMC in order to make it work. 

Would be great if any one provide some info on implementing the Same in Qliksense, target here is to avoid the refreshes using the QMC. 

Env : I am using the Qliksense Cloud - Qliksense August 2021 patch 3 (Qliksense server 14.28.9)
