How to use a list of Okta group members as a data source in a Qlik Application

Does anyone know if it is possible to bring in Okta as a source of data using the Okta API? I'm not trying to configure our On Premise Qlik portal to Okta (we have already done that). I'm just trying to get some additional information about our users from what is stored in Okta. I can run a url in the browser that returns (when I'm authenticated) a json stream of users. It looks like there may be a proprietary application that does this (skyvia?). It seems like it could be done but I do not know what to use as a user name.  I have a password and a token (have tried both) as well as guessing what the username should be but everything so far returns 403 (Forbidden).

If I ever get this to work, I would like to combine this data source into the License Monitoring app.
