Is the Set Analysis working as expected?

All,

The only selection I made here was Fraser for the entire app.

I thought both the expressions should yield same results since Fraser is a subset of the top KPI.

Your first set are calculating Sum of New_Tests fpr all listed Region values (All but 'BC' region). It will do so no matter your selection in the Region Field.

Your second expression are calculating the sum of New_Tests of your selected Regions 'BC' region excluded. Your selections in Region will have an impact on the calculation.
