Line Chart - different color per expression

I have a simple line chart with 3 expressions and 1 dimension.

1: Target
2: Actual
3: Actual last year

I'm struggling with the coloring of the Actual line. I want that it colors red when it is below the Target line, and that it colors Green when it is above the Target line.

Any ideas how to do this?

My suggestion to use extension, Else you can use Master Measure (Master Item) with all measure.

With a master item it is not possible to define a color coding with using a color coding expression.
