Map Data

I am new to Qlik.  Does anyone know where I can get City boundary data by State that will load into the Map?

First, I am in Qlik sense 2.0, not sure if it matters but wanted to be clear.

If I understand I need an Excel File with the following:

US State

City

Latitude

Longitude

I have Sales data that corresponds to the city names and states to connect to the first file.

Then I have to do some data load editing to get the maps to recognize the territories?

Am I able to have a Point Map that represents the sales overlayed on top of a territory map that represents my Retail Store territories?  This is my end goal but I am trying to walk before I run.
