Map Shape .kml for North American Numbering Plan

Hi All,

i did many search found lot of article but still not able to present North American Numbering Plan  in the native map as area layer using no GeoAnalytics.

I need .kml file found .shp  but not able to convert, yes I saw an article that it is easy but it is not working.

Have you met such a use case?
