Mapping data issue

Hi!

I have loaded data from an Excel file for Service level for some different system.

The data 'Item SLA' is merged in the load script together with ticked data for some different systems.

The problem is that the 'Item' objects in the ticked data  sometimes are spelled differently, E.g 'Temip' and 'TeMIP'.

Then the mapping doesn't work.

How can this be solved?

May be make both of them Upper, lower, or Capitalize

Temip and TeMIP are different values. You'll have to either make them all the same or add another record in your mapping table for Temip.
