Mashups - Selection between two apps

Hi All,

I have two apps in which I want the selection to happen through single dimension.

One App has measure Sum(Sales) while the other has Sum(Discounts) and both the apps have a dimension as Region.

The dimension Region has values X,Y,Z.  Is it possible to select both the measures though this single selection in mashups?

(Attached is the image for the selection. The filter-Region when selected should change both the Bar charts which are created in two different Apps)
