Mongo db connector issue

Hi,

    I am using Qlik web connector and mongodb connector to connect to out mongodb but it throws the attached error

Any ideas on how to fix this. I tried many options in the connection string but it won't work.

could you please do a screenshot with the information from the QlikSense or QlikView Tab?

Do you have a read only user which can connect to the MoNGO dB?

I was able to connect now. the steps i did were:

1. Configured Qlik web connectors to use SSL authentication

2. Configured the connection to use appropriate certificates

and it worked.

how did you do that? what parameters need to be configured in order to use connection with certificates?
