Solved: Mongo db connector issue - Qlik Community

Hi,

I am using Qlik web connector and mongodb connector to connect to out mongodb but it throws the attached error

Any ideas on how to fix this. I tried many options in the connection string but it won't work.

I was able to connect now. the steps i did were:

1. Configured Qlik web connectors to use SSL authentication

2. Configured the connection to use appropriate certificates

and it worked.

Try to increase Timeout period from 30 Secs

You will get Connection String in QMC - > Data Connections - > ConnectionName - > Edit

I am using the Qlik mongo db connector - No QMC or Qlikview here.

You are using Qliksense Server or Qliksense Desktop?

It might also generated Connection String when you gave Mango DB inputs there

It did not. It gave the error message shown.
