Multi-language and number interpretation variables (MonthNames, etc.)

Hi,

I'm adding multi-language to my Qlik Sense app allowing users to pick their language from a filter pane. I'm mostly following this post as a guide.

I'm not sure of what to do with number interpretation variables such as MonthNames, DayNames, etc. I currently have them in English in my script, they were created automatically when I created the app:

If I define additional variables for each language, is it possible to change the settings on execution time, or only when reloading data?

If not possible, as an alternative: If I delete the SETs would the app grab the values from the locale of the Operating System of the user or from the O.S. of the server?
