Hi Qlik Community,
I have just had a case in which a data load in my Qlik Cloud was not working as intended. The app was loading some data, doing some transformations, and in the end storing it to a Azure Blob Storage container. However, when I then looked in the Azure storage I could not locate the files. Despite this, the reload logs indicated data load success for all reloads (this is also the case for when checking the reload status through the API's).
Investigating deeper, I discovered that the connection to the Azure Blob Storage was no longer authenticated (I could not preview files in the connection when in the Data Load Editor). After re-authenticating the connection, files once more began appearing in the storage as expected. No changes in the reload logs however.
So my question is: Is this expected behaviour? Shouldn't Qlik be throwing an error or otherwise indicating that a data store fails as the app is reloading?
Kind regards,
PythonMCSJ
In my opinion , the reload script must fail with an error. My suggestion is to open a support ticket and report the issue.
