Sometimes there is a problem with opening applications:
when opening an application in a hub, I get an error "access denied", although I am the owner of the application and RootAdmin, there is no section access and after a few minutes the application opens without problems
services do not restart
I do not reassign security rights
access in QMC is

Try adding this in section Access file.
Application fails, due to access is not given to this QlikSense default id : “INTERNAL\sa_scheduler” . So you need to give access to INTERNAL\sa_scheduler in the section access file. INTERNAL is the domain and sa_scheduler is the ID. Qlik has added this security feature from Feb 2019 version.
