Operations Monitor Output format no data/excel format

Hi all, 

Is this a known issue or it's just me, on the Operations Monitor app, Export overview it only shows Output formats PDF/ PNG not Data/excel format. 

Would you please let me know if there's a way to activate advanced logging access?
