Pivot Table Selection

Hi Qlik Community,

I want to ask if there is a way to drill down a single level for all records when clicking the first level record.

For example if we have 2020 to 2024 as the pivot table dimension, if you click the plus for 2024 then all years would expand. The reason being this will save to time especially with some levels having a lot of records to drill down.

I'm not sure this is possible but please let me know if there is a solution or a work around or maybe an extension to use.

No this option doesn't exist. But If you make a right click on your pivot table, you can expand or reduce all rows in the same time.

Thank you for the reply. I've seen this option but not really what I am after.

Unfortunately, for Qlik Sense, there is not. This is an oft-requested feature for QS that Qlik has thus far elected not to implement for... reasons. I'm sure they have reasons.

If you meant QlikView, it has "Expand to level".
